Mud and miles will do everything possible to make your trail running and/or coaching experience as fun, safe and good value for money as possible - after all, we would like you to come back again for more! However, we do need all of our participants (or, in the case of children, their parents / carers) to understand that:
We understand that sometimes, for very good reason, you may not be able to attend a session you have booked and paid for. Please contact us if you find yourself in this position.
We can refund the following:
Guided runs and family runs: 100% of payment refunded if cancelled up to 24hours before the start of the run. No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the run.
Weekly coached sessions for beginners and improvers, and aqua running classes: 100% of payment refunded (or transferred to another session) if cancelled up to 24hours before the start of the session. No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the session.
Residential weekends: Deposit refundable until date that final payment is due. After final payment is made (normally 6 weeks before the start of the weekend), no refund can be made unless the place can be sold to another participant, in which case a full refund will be given.
