Friday afternoon/ evening: arrive, settle into accommodation, introductions, dinner, maybe a quick visit to the pub if there is one nearby or possibly a headtorch run before bed
Saturday: breakfast, trail-running based workshop, on a topic such as navigation, kit or nutrition, trail run (with a skills/technique focus), lunch, afternoon run, relaxation time, dinner, and maybe a visit to the pub
Sunday: breakfast, trail-running-based workshop, trail run , lunch, departure (usually early afternoon)
The exact programme will depend on the focus and location of the weekend, and the weather, as well as the needs and abilities of the group. Mud and miles aims that on all weekends, you leave having improved your skills and confidence as a trail runner, and having had a lot of fun too!
